As a customer of ours you will probably be aware that we attempt to process and despatch your order as soon as possible, often the same day.
Due to increased business in our new company Qi Essence Ltd (QEL) we are unable to process same day orders if we are performing tests. Usually these days will be infrequent within the month, you can check here:

We are in the process of looking to engage an employee to assist in the processing of tests, however on actual test days please expect delays to our normal levels of service.
We have always endevoured to guarantee to provide herbal products of the highest safety and quality standards, at least meeting or exceeding current EU standards, regardless of price and will continue to do so. If you have items that you source/make/gather and want to be sure of quality then why not enquire (info@qiessence.co.uk) about testing with us?
