Never Stock Take Again!
Stock levels gradually drift, manufacturers often put more in the container than stated on the side. Inaccurate measuring, waste management etc. can allow problems to creep in. To be sure that your stock is accurately controlled then we suggest the following:
1) From the despatch screen if there are any split batches or batches nearing their end then before despatch measure them.
2) Correct any discrepancies through stock adjustments screen.
3) Complete Despatch knowing that stock quantities are exactly right for each batch.
Using this approach means stock and batches are always kept correct, eliminating the need to perform stock taking. Purchase ordering, creating new products and Waste management are thus kept as efficient as possible.
