SCHEDULED MAINTENANCE COMPLETE: 
 
The Worldpay payment system has now been updated to work with the latest security enhancements from Worldpay.
 
Initially these improvements broke the old plug-in and it has taken quite awhile to test and upgrade it.
 
Everything now seems to be working as before, including enhanced security from Worldpay. If you notice any issues then please let us know. 
 
If you are a previous customer you should be able to use your previous account details to log on. All your previous orders etc. should be present as before.
If you have difficulty, try resetting your password. *
 
ANNOYING CAPTCHA - Just refresh the page to STOP the repeats - Website Security has been enhanced.

Some of you have reported issues with this: IF YOU DON'T GET THE RESET PASSWORD EMAIL THEN SEE ABOVE FOR A FOOLPROOF MANUAL RESET.
 
Please note when you receive the New Password email the password inside is temporary, it will expire in less than 5 minutes, so needs to be used immediately:
  • Use it and your email address to log into your account. (This is now the current password).
  • Now in your account go to the My Password link (lower left) and in the current box (top) paste this password. In the two boxes below create YOUR New Password. Press Update.
  • You should now log off and log back in with YOUR New Password.
  • That's it! After that you should be able to always log in with the New Password you created.  
  • Don't forget to save YOUR New Password.
     
If on log in you get 'Form Expired ...' then refresh the page and click browser back button to see you are actually now logged into your account. This is a built in protection to stop the website being flooded. Clearing Cookies may help also:
 
You can also try pressing: 
 
Ctrl+F5+R - (PRESS Ctrl and F5 together, then tap R, keep doing that until you can see account log in details, then log in as normal.)
 
To delete cookies.
 
Please note you may need to ensure all details for any addresses etc. are fully filled in as indicated for a successful order. 
 
Search Box - To find anything start to type in the search box, if you don't see the item then press enter and WAIT ... all availabilities will show below. Please note we have made some adjustments which should mean search is a lot quicker. Thank you for your patience.
 
The new website is built to modern standards for better performance and security.

  • Payments are applied manually so expect a delay even though you have proof of payment 
  • Invoices can now be adjusted to reflect any changes in the order
  • You can now add/update your Professional status and Insurance documents in the Trade Form area
  • You can now view product Stock indications
  • Shipping methods updated to only show options up to shopping cart value
  • All product descriptions updated
