ACCOUNT NEEDED!

 
TWO TYPES:
 
RETAIL (Everyone)
 
PRACTITIONER (Minimum requirement INSURED/INSURANCE CERTIFICATE TO PRACTICE HERBAL MEDICINE)
 
You can browse ANY products on the website and look at all the lovely things BUT you can only see prices and make purchases if you have an account.
 

PUBLIC

 
If you are a member of the public your account will be a RETAIL account and will be restricted to only certain products to view/buy. WHY? See the FAQs under Site Map and the Humans Medicines Act 2012 etc.
 

PRACTITIONERS

 
If you are a PRACTITIONER and have a PRACTITIONER account you will be able to see and buy all items. For new PRACTITIONERS you may use the Trade Form to apply for a PRACTITIONER account (accessible once you have created an account). On approval (minimum requirement: INSURANCE TO PRACTICE HERBAL MEDICINE) then you will have full website access and the ability to see and purchase all relevant products.
 
As long as your Insurance is up to date then PRACTITIONER account access will continue. You can upload documents and update your status via the Trade Form link in your account. 
 
All account holders MUST abide by the Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy. We reserve the right at any time to terminate your account and services with us if it is deemed these have not been complied with. 
 

PRACTITIONERS:

  • Doctors (Give GMC/NHS etc. registration number)
  • VETS (MRCVS)
  • Members of EHTPA Professional Herbal Medicines Bodies (Insured)
  • Members of the NIMH (Insured)
  • Other Professional Herbal Medicine Associations including overseas are considered on the basis of Qualifications and current Insurance to practice herbal medicine.

INSURANCE:

 
A PDF of your current Insurance certificate to practice herbal medicine is the minimum requirement for any practitioner account. Submit to info@herbalmedicineuk.com or upload along with the completed Trade Form within your account.
 

ACCOUNT

 
Once you create your account you will be able to shop faster, be up to date on an orders status and be able to keep track of the orders you have previously made.
 
You can find an item on the website using the Search Bar or Keyword Box, sort the items by date, name, weight, price, model, manufacturer, brand and category. You can also set up how many items you want to show.
 
You can choose different currencies and languages on the website, if available.
 
The purchasing process is simple and straight forward. Whilst purchasing an item you can also add it to “My Wish List”, add an item to the Shopping Cart, proceed to Checkout, fill in the required details there, proceed to choose your preferred Shipping Option (cheapest pre-selected) and pay using Worldpay Secure, Credit and Debit Cards accepted.
 
After placing the order you will be notified about it via email. Each time the status of your order is changed you will be notified about it via email as well.
 
Finally we take your security on this website very seriously.  All your personal information will be securely stored and under no circumstances will it be shared with anyone see our Privacy Policy.
