Classic nourishing four things soup typically used to restore Blood and Yin in Traditional Chinese medicine. Contains certified and fully tested whole dried herbs free from sulphur, chlorine and aluminium phosphate. The only preservation process being drying. For best results use with organic chicken breasts.

How to prepare:
1) After removing all the packaging, soak all the herbs for 1 hour in 2 pints (1.1L) of cold water.
2) Add 2 organic skinless and boneless chicken breasts. You may dice up if appropriate.
3) Bring mixture to boiling point and simmer slowly for 2 hours, add some fresh ginger slices if required.
4) Take as a soup 3 times a day, but not close to bedtime. Always reheat thoroughly. Always store in fridge in between usage. Drink the liquid only do not consume any parts of the herbs.
Points to remember:
Always keep in the fridge between doses and reheat thoroughly as needed.
Consume in total any newly made batches within 2-3 days.
We suggest you use and prepare the soup at least once a week or you can use daily if required.
After 1 month use seek further advice from your practitioner.
